Im trying to do this quest.  Ive killed the delu shamans but now can't find this delu chief kalkis anywhere.  Anybody know where to find him? Thanks in advance.

I believe he's located just outside of Floran Village, to the east of the village just off the road.

ya, hes on a hill and theres some houses around him

There is still some confusion about his location.  I had some guildies spending a bit of time looking for him and we foun him at this location:

28368, 174058, -3424

I remember loolking for him on the PTS, from what I can remember, go to Giran Harbor, and take the east path as if you are heading to the castle, eventually you will see a house on your right and your quest mob will be located there.
