In all their glory the wonderful ppl at NC soft decided to terminate my account because of a chargeback... Now ive spent about $150 and 1 year of my life playing this game and in the end my account gets terminated because of a fricken mistake? You should see some of the emails they sent me each and every 1 of them said we cant help you and they didnt care 1 stinkin bit... all my time wasted(and ppl who play l2 definitley know how much time it takes to do anything in-game) Im been trying to get it bak for about 2 months now and they just keep sending me the same garbage emails every single time. I miss the game i dont care wat any1 else thinks i enjoyed playing L2 and i just dont believe that any1 has the right to take something like this away from som1 and not even care about it... After all the emails ive sent them they still say they cant help and dont give a @%#$... Sry i just had to let this out, im just really mad i was 1 of the really hardcore L2 players... i had a lvl 51 glad and was about to break 52 when they terminated my account 8i was planning on going as long as i could with this game but in the end i was beat by the system :(..........good luck every1 peace out. |
Looking For Group Posts: 130 Joined: 9 Dec 2004 | You may want to PM user Saetan on these forums...not EXACTLY the same thing -- and if you don't pay, it makes sense that you don't get to use the service -- but you may have something. Also, no crime was committed against you. Just like your house is repossessed if you don't pay your mortgage for too long, your character has been repossessed by NCSOFT.

I don't really think you should be mad at NCSOFT, but I don't know the whole story either.
