All servers will be returning to service at approximately 8:30 PM CDT, thirty minutes from the time of this update. NPCs will not spawn for an additional 20 minutes (8:50 PM CDT) after the servers return to give you time to move to a safe place.

As a result, the servers have been brought down to address this issue. Additionally, all Lineage II game passwords have been reset for security purposes to ensure the safety of your Lineage II account. Please log into your PlayNC account immediately and change the password to your Lineage II game account. This action is necessary in order to log in to the game. i tried going to the forums it said its down for maintainance

yea good luck with logging in all, they have erased all of our passwords and we have to reset them, well when you reset them it dont work, the secret question cannot be answered...so once again a fudge up on there part.

Actually right after i posted i went to the boards saw the announcement went and changed my account and sisters password mine worked fine but hers kept giving me crap >< saying enter the right answer itried like 8 different spellings of the damn word and didn't get shit then i realized i could still sign in on hers lik normal xD

neither my husband or myself can get our account passwords changed, oh well guess the thoughts about quittin lineage might be a good idea. now lets see i contact support and i wonder how long its gonna take to get a silly response like, we cannot help you at this time...kinda stuff :(

i apologize to all reading this thread, i am a little upset and realize that i have had negative attitude about this whole situation. Just wish that this was handled in a little different way. I put my bday in and now my freaking security question wont work, dont know what to do, its like a really bad addiction that i cant get....grrr

I changed my password with no problem. You have to click on forgot password, and ...well i think some of you have done that already....but you answer the question and then you can change it.

yeah seriously i freakin changed it again and it gives me the same shit when you change your account password you're supposed to be sent an E-mail right? i haven't recieved one yet I think PlayNC messed up and fried all our accounts :'(

I may have figured out how i was F-ing up i kept reseting my master account password forgot to click the lineage2 account details button to reset password try that and see if it works xD

well i got my hubbies accts to work and now i have to wait on mine cause my master and individual were the same password--dumb me :( hopefully i will get to play soon cause im so close to 60---im at 81.27% at 59

Well how do we get to change our passwords when we can't get onto our playNC accounts?
