Human Wiz is the best toon available for event farming. Body to mind + Recharging Cat = near unlimited mana.

how long does that penalty take to wear off? O.o

it never wears off. if you want to get rid of it, you need to buy scrolls in the gorcery stores.

Lineage2: prepare to grind - like you've never grinded before
