About a year ago I retired from L2 but I am in deep anticiaption of both of these games!

What is the latest on these games, and do we know the release dates?

I know there isn't much info out about L3 but they should be unveiling it this year (meaning starting the hype machine as development gets to the point where they have something to show).

Aion I have no idea, not following it.

back to L2 I see...
I think I will wait it out...hopefully when I get my own computer one of these games will be out.

Both of these games won't be out for at least a year I'd say scottie. L3 is more of a long shot than Aion, and Aion even seems far from release. The best you could hope for is an open beta from Aion. And yes, I'm back in action this summer on L2 (TH or HE).

What will happen to L2 if they bring out L3?

The population will die out slowly in Korea and quickly in NA, depending on how well the game's received. Some people may want to hold on to their characters but too many of those who are left ebayed them and probably don't care about them.

there was an article going around that l3 has been put on hold cause they are focusing on aion

also the whole 90 developing team left after nc soft fired the program director
