(second option if you do get a pole and find a healer go to oren and kill the group mobs there. good fun and good xp). around lvl 60 you can move up to Aden and kill the mobs around forbidden gateway/devestated castle. from then on either move up to Rune Beast Farm or Goddard Wall of Agros. also all the time you can hunt in the catacombs/necropolis. these are dungeons with 4xhp mobs in them. they are good xp per kill, but can be full of players and you will need a group for optimal xping. advantge is that in the necros/catas you can earn a second kind of ingame currency (ancient adena) that is needed to unseal a-grade and higher items. you can also pay to upgrade your weapon with this ancient adena and last but not least you can sell it to other players for a nice side income. since your starting out, dont forget to look into the Manor system on your server to generate extra income. mats are selling for a very good amount of money still. Posts: 2177 Joined: 13 May 2005 | at your lvl i would go to either death pass for soloing or if you prefer to group try and register for the seven sign competition and enter the catacomb in execution grounds. there you should find a group looking for a DD. catas/necros are a bit like the old cruma tower, with a small reception area at the start and then you go in to the different lvling grounds. advantage of death pass is that you will get herb (short duration free buffs) and pots (for hp/mp heals) and that you should be able to kill the mobs without spamming shots to conserve your money. once you enter the catas/necros you will be expected to spam and probalby will need to do anyway, since mobs there are hard to kill without. the advantage of hunting in the catas/necros on the other hand will be that you can earn the ancient adena you need to upgrade your current weapon to a c-grade weapon, which most of the time is a lot cheaper than trying to get on off the market. in general grouping will be more efficient than going out solo. only time "solo" would be better is if you have a second account to dual-box your healer/buffer. so try to get into clans asap. there is a new game mechanism called clan academys. clans can only lvl up after lvl 5 if they get enough reputation points. you gain them in very low numbers from pvp, big if one of your clannies gets hero status, etc. but the fastest way for clans is to get players below lvl 40 to join their academys and then have them do their second class change quest. by this means you can get into contact with the active clans on your server and start to build up a friendbase again. Posts: 2177 Joined: 13 May 2005 | if you made some ingame friends, garden of eva is usualy a nice place to go. pretty graphics and good xp. just bring a buffer with kiss of eva or buy a bottle in heine shops to dive down there without problems. also dont forget to bring an soe to get out of the place again. also fields of silence/whisper should be quite good too. but for a complete change of scenery you could go up to the schuttgart area. best to use your map up there to find the mobs for your lvl. Hi everyone i just reactivated my account which has kinda been inactive since C1 or C2. If i can recall correctly i have a 39 Orc Raider with maybe 8mil. I wanted to make him a destroyer with a 2h weapon but i was wondering whether to use a blunt (blunt= axes?) or a sword. Also, what are a couple good places to level (group or solo?)? Any other help to get me back on my feet would be appreciated.
~Thx in advance :)
