Pog -- Human Mystic; 7/10, good name for a character who starts out as a bumbling apprentice sort Xylafein -- A friend's Abyss Walker that I named for him. 5/10, read alot of R.A. Salvatore's work? Anyways, my characters are. Herak - Dark Elf Assassin - Name is just a play on Heratic. Horrigan - Human Warrior - Homage to another great game character. Kyron - Orc Destroyer - Yeah, unoriginal. |

Whoot : ) Napolian 3/10 (sorry!) Just because it looks like Napoleon Bonaparte but has a different spelling. --------------------------------- Get your free Username@LineageClans.com email address at http://webmail.gamersturf.net ! |
Posts: 1457 Joined: 21 Jul 2004 | Napolian gets 3/10 for a lack of creativity. I count creativity as everything in these sorts of things but since i love tyrannical dictators so much i thought i'd give you at least three. Nicenderil- Dark Elven Blade Dancer- no special story behind it...I just came up with the name and since it sounds good in an rp environment i just went with it. Vichena- Human Female Sorceress- same as the above. Ughbok- Orc that i didn't feel like lving- same as above. Thought it sounded about right since orcs usually have rather gruff sounding non elegant names. |
Posts: 370 Joined: 8 Jan 2004 | Nicenderil - 6/10 : This is a peculiar name.. But in a good way ^^ Interesting names Gabriel AoD =^..^= My characters names are ~ Aquaria > LE Spellsinger |
Posts: 1457 Joined: 21 Jul 2004 | Well if you do it my way and pronouce it NiSenderil (which is actually how it sounds) then its a bit more peculiar. Vichena kind of makes me think of italian female names. Don't like orcs myself either hence why I didn't feel like lving it. They're slow as a 9hr work day at a fast food joint and at that time i had all i could take of newbie chars. hmm... Aquaria- 6.5/10 Not the most original but it suits well an Elf. Avariella 7/10 i gave this a seven because i like the sound of it. Doesn't seem to fit a DE in my opinion but hey whatever works for others Pixiebell ?/10 I honestly couldn't tell you this because I'm not terribly sure what kind of a name would work for a Dwarf. Eh screw it, its kind of a cutsie name so I'll give it at least a 7 since the dwarven females are the epitomy of cuteness (cmon...look at their little dance and tell me it isn't cute). |

Posts: 2653 Joined: 25 Aug 2004 | patr1ck = 10/10 Oh me oh my, your name is a masterpiece of nomenclature. If it were to be found in the lexicon of great and impactful moments in history, it would be somewhere next to the first care bear stare. I love the way you emulated the feeling and emotion derived from rolling the name ....patrick....off of the tongue like a gentle breeze in the summer time come fall, and the introduction of a harsh sonding "won" in the middle of your name's statement to the world is pure genious. were I not paying attention, I might have been tempted to do your name an injustice by simply pronouncing it Pa'-Trick, however you could not fool me and upon close introspection I arrived at Pa'-tree-won-Seek, truely magnificant!!! But that was not the end...oh no...I further studied the subtle undertones of the pronunciation and found that there was something darker, more sinester and lovely ingrained within its sylables, after toiling with the implications there of I came to the understanding that the true way to pronounce your name is Pat-me-ree-are-with-ah-bann-cause-Imma-po-ser-in-life-sea-king-kicks-by-bray-king-rules-jerk-wad-rick. Amazing!!!!!
Faulkurk, Faulkirk- Tyrants(sieghardt) Sylocke - Warcryer(sieghardt), Assassin(Lionna) Jamire - scavy Kamire - Arti The crafty twins Borlocke - human fighter D'jnin - Pallus Knight Danfere - allround good guy elven ranger |

Posts: 985 Joined: 28 Jun 2004 | I think my name should score good. The name Kei has gotten me a lot of attention ingame. Sometimes someone would try and train my and when I scream at them in english they stop and apologize and explain they thought I was chinese. Other times people will ask "Kei?" so I say "yes?" And then the start rambling off in chinese or japanese (it's the same thing really) and I don't understand a word. After sitting there they ask So my name has gotten me a lot of attention, whether good or bad it is still there. The name Precis has gotten me a lot of crap too. Turns out the word Precis is swedish for exact, or precise (something like that) and I didn't learn this until my 30's so it was too late to kill the character. So about every other person I see asks "swedish?" [Edited by {Kei} at 4:35 AM on 11/24/2004] |

9/10
Kabraken sounds good and original and in tune w/ role-playing. I guess if anyone comes up with thier own name while keeping in mind the naming conventions for the different races, then they get a 8,9, or 10/10 from me.
My cancelled account has these characters:
Valkrom -- Gladiator;
Xenzai (Sin-Zie) -- Abyss Walker;
Sylphene (Sill-feen) -- Female DE Dagger;
Leiluna -- Female LE Mystic;
Leilune -- Female Human Dagger;
Pog -- Human Mystic;
Xylafein (Sai-la-fain) -- A friend's Abyss Walker that I named for him.
