This is too dangerous for one to go alone. And i must confront this being too." With her elven agility she leaped of the stairs and onto the path. She chanted to herself and a white circle appeared, wind blowing behind her. Her pure white clock realvealing her robes in mid-flight before draping over her again. She ran at amazing speed to catch up. She stood by the human. "Lead the way dear Sir. The council are egar to hear when i return." |

Stopping short of the actual outside of Aden Castle Hall, she could feel the warmth of the sun.. Another thing she despised.. the warmth of the sun. She was a being of darkness.. and death, not of the cheery inhabitants of this world. Walking in a hasted manner she caught up to BogMod and Eilianna quickly, slowing down to a normal casual speed just before coming into their view. Her black Nightmare robes still clinging to her body as she strode and stopped before them, accentuating all her curves in a very modest way, as her black hood covered most of her blood red, and black higlighted hair. Her gaze focused upon Eilianna giving her a cheshire grin, then looking at BogMod, her grin turned to that of impatience. "Indeed.. Lead the way, Human. The journey will be quite arduous for you all, i'm sure, so let us rally the rest of this little band of misfit mortals and be off to Gracia. I will be quite interested in seeing how this group fares in such a place.." Her dark mood changing, she smiled softly, her blood red iris's sparkled and glowed faintly in the sunlight, not as well as in the darkness or moonlight, but they gave off more of a glittery look in the bright light. Yet.. an aura of darkness could be felt from Ivory, as her presence and power was completely noticible and experienced by anyone trained in the Arcane Arts as the touch of Death lingered upon her.. Thinking to herself, she knew that her sister MoonPenguin was watching from afar, and would shadow this party, and herself, to aid her if treachery ensued. |

Besides, I thought your master wanted you to stay here and see how the meeting went?" He smiled to her, crossing his arms and looking to her. "Besides, we are seeing the dragong of light, not her brother. You of all people would be likely to be destroyed by her. And mark my words, I do mean destroyed. There would be no death for Shillen to restore you from but a ceasing to be the likes of which Gran Kain inflicts. I am sure you can understand we do not want to upset her by bringing a demon necromancer into her presence?" "Please understand I don't mean to be rude to you, I just want this mission to have a chance at success. And somehow I do not feel that you would be of much help in that. What do you think Eilianne?" |

She thought of Jasai. Knowing she was watching. "Let us make haste." . [Edited by Eilianna at 8:26 AM on 3/16/2005] |

She needed a way to purge the Kiritateru from her body and soul once and for all anyways, she had regained control of herself but for how long was the question... she sighed and made her way ever so cautiously towards the Elf and the Human Sorceror... |

She kept quiet, still looking into her eyes. She blessed Maras mind with the shield of Eva. "This may help purge the evil presence. But with the war in your own mind. I can only help if you let me in." She turned to BogMod "Again i say let us make haste, we do not have much time. Jasai is watching and may regain control of Mara. And if she does i may need to do something about it...." |

She parted her dark lips to utter a response in a very soft voice... "She is my sister... there is ntohing anyone but a greater being can do... I thank you for your kindness but... it is best saved for someone deserving of it... " |

She moved toward mara, taking her arm she tugged her along the road while they went to a harbout to get to Gracia. "Come along Drow, redemption can be found." |

She started bleeding from her nose and her left eye as she had been for the past year, her Ryu, her sword's discipline was slowly destroying her body and she was too stubborn to stop using it. "There isn't much anyone can do to 'help' me Elf... I am beyond anyone's 'help'... but... I am hoping this... 'Gracia' can help me find a way... a way to end this silly game once and for all..." |

"You know, Sorceror, for someone of such so-called learnedness, you do fall short of your understand of things. I do not know where you get "respectful" from, but I have been told to aid you as I see fit and to join the party for Gracia and the dragon. Apparently, you don't listen too well either." Glancing to Eilianna, her cheshire smile turned to that of a slight smug grin. Then returning her view to BogMod she looked him directly in the eyes. "Your little defensive sposture shows me quite a bit, little Human, for again you know little from what you speak. Those dusty old tomes from the Vault and the Giants do not hold all knowledge of even that of an accurate one, for even the foolish Giants were of pompus mind and misguided idea that they knew more than they did.. you seem to fit that well." Pausing briefly to consider her next bit of words, her blood red eyes turned playful. "Your conception that the Light Dragon would harm me is flawed, as usual. She is still bound to Shilen, and in that she is bound to me, as I am a direct child of Shilen as well. So no, her powers would do nothing to me. I am here merely as an observer and a periodic aid, nothing more. Gran Kain is gone, as is Einhasad, they locked themselves away cowardly a long time ago and will not reappear, so please, lose such dreamy notions from your mortal mind, as it is a waste to time." "I find it very amusing that you fear my presence, much less fear its affects on my dragon sister." Sensing a new presence, she turned her view to witness Marasune stepping forward, her head hung to the ground, listening to the exchange between her and Eilianna. Looking to Marasune now, her blood red eyes gazed at her fondly. "You seem troubled, sister. To deny what you are and not embrace it, is to deny your own personal truth. Such things are for the likes of mortals and those of undivine birth and favour." Looking back to Eilianna as she dragged Marasune by the arm.. she gave her a troubled look, one of slight confusion, her soft voice speaking plainly. "I do not understand you, Evan, you seem to believe you have more power than you do. You are a mere Elder, and even in that you are still -very- young.. why do you believe you can stand up to a Goddess of Death? Did she not just, a little while ago, teach you a spot of manners by slapping you in front of everyone for your insolence?" She changed her momentart confused look to that of a smile. "You cannot help Marasune, your powers are not even the slighted in necessity to even give the struggle she wages within her a moments peace. She is of two minds and one body, and that will never change." Reaching up to Marasune's face she shut her blood red eyes and concentrated. The blood that was slowly trickling from her nose and eye began to receed... back into her body as the effects of the Ryu was being halted, and reversed, for now. "I also have the power to resustain you from that cursed Ryu, thanks to our Mother, as she knew you would be coming along on this little outting. She has granted me such a gift to assist you, my sister, and so it shall be used when necessary." Removing her hand from the side of Marasune's head, she smiled fondly to her, then looked back at BogMod. "You cannot understand the power of divinity, so do not begin to think you can. My power comes from the Goddess herself, as did Jisai's before she was completely taken by the Goddess, into what she was born to be, the host form and physical manifestation of the Goddess here in Aden. There is no greated gift and honour than to serve the Goddess Shilen directly, even moreso as one of her direct children." |

You, Marasune, the dragons are all Shillen's slaves for now and all time. I am an ignorant fool to have ever thought otherwise and all I will do will turn to dust before the power of Shillen." "Now then with that out of the way let us continue. Words are cheap but action has value." Once perhaps Ivory he would have argued with and duelled with words and maybe spells. They had once before afterall. Having heard her speach again and again though she had just not become worth his time to deal with like that. He really did have more important things to think about then a slave who thought they had any real power or were somehow elevated above others. The spell he had drawn into the ground burst to life with a activation word and a glittering gateway of blue hues appeared. On the other side they saw a mountainous region unfamiliar to them all. The far off land called Gracia. He stepped to one side of it and with a sweep of his arm and a slight bow motioned at the gateway. "Ladies first." |

It was enough that Eilianne could open it up when she returned but not enough to really be noticed by the casual observer and get shut down by the guard mages of Aden Castle. Here on the other side of the world it was dark and late. The moon shone bright and full in the sky and the land around them was quiet but for a wind whistling across the hill top they were on. "This is as close as we can get by gateway. The damage wrought by the Hammer of Despair and the various damaged artifacts of the giants makes such travel hard at best or dangerous at worst. We will walk. My last time here things were quiet enough but I am not so sure if things will remain like that. I talked to some dwarves who were investigating Cruma Tower and its turned back on. Who knows what is here at the seat of the Giant's power." "So aside from left over giants, their ancient devices beyond our comprehension there is of course the dragon herself and whatever guards she has devised. I will of course advise caution, even for you Ivory. I know you think Shillen will protect you no matter what and that the dragon is her happy minion but do remember that the Dragon's father is a greater being then Shillen was and quite likely each Dragon itself was a greater force then any one child of Einhasad and Gran Kain. If anything the two influences would cancel out. I have no wish to get destroyed out of hand because of you." With that as his last warning on this matter he started to work his way down the hill side. He was headed for a great range of mountains. That was where the Hammer had struck, the earth blasted down then ripped up. An earie glow came from parts of it, where a part of a building of the giants still partially stood, clearly still with power in it. The sky above this spot was all dark with black storm clouds which constantly roiled and but never rained or cleared or burst with lightning. |

She considered her options, then decided that this was not something that interested her anymore. Opening her own Gate, she stepped through, leaving BodMod there, with Marasune. Given how she had just finished assuring him that Shillen wished her here to help and now she was departing he was a little confused too for that matter. Still, he had his own tasks to do and turned to face the dark elf still with him. "Allright then Marasune, lets get going." And with those simple words started dowards towards the magic scarred land before them and all that awaited. |

Walking out from the great hall of Aden Castle into the shining light of the day he inhaled deeply of the air and world around him and smiled. The greatest joys were always found on the road anyways. He was not sure if any would join him in his hunt but it was worthwhile to do even if no one else came.
He knelt down and upon the ground started to slowly trace a pattern. Making a gate this way took longer but involved less uncomfortable lurching when you were with a group. It also gave those inside time to talk and those who wished it time to come out and join him before they went to Gracia.
Little was known about that land here in Aden. A rugged place of many mountains and many relics of the titans its true. A place of many kingdoms fighting amongst themselves again and the home of the Ol Mahums who caused such damage in Gludio. What was known is that somewhere near the site where the Hammer of Despair struck was the lair of Aulakiria, the dragon of light. Like Antharas there was likely guardian things around her home but at least of them all she was the most like her grandmother Einhasad in that she was a kinder creature.
His gate completed he stood up to wait and see if this would be a glory he would gain for himself or with others.
