The class trees for the new Kamael race have been announced. Seems the level 40 classes are "Berserker" and "Arbalester (crossbow user)". They also both seem to be able to move onto "Soul Breaker". Though the mechanics of that are not entirely clear.

Also thrown in are some lovely in-game shots of a female Kamael Arbalester, and I must say they look fantastic.

All we have to do now is wait for some clever person to translate it.

i suppose there will be a new weapon class introduced into the game? a small onehanded arbalest?

and i also predict that the lands of Aden will soon be overrun by the Kamael. i wonder though, what their classes will be like? we have an arbalester which is ranged, but what are it's strenghts? and what of the berserker class? they seem to be something like a destroyer but perhaps being more damage oriented? if these classes turn out to be very strong, i fear the lands of aden will never be the same

They'll probably be over powered for the first expansion then they will get nerfed the next expansion.

6 months of fun is better than no fun at all. just ask the dwarfs how it feels to be left behind by all other races :P

Well watching the video again, the Soul Breaker seems to use a Rapier (in fact, they even say the word Rapier a few times), so perhaps they'll be a class that excels at using 1h swords with no shields, or perhaps rapier will be a totally new weapon class, since swords are for slashing, rapiers are designed for stabbing motions.

Also, the special crossbow move they show with the kamael shooting into the floor and a ring of blots flying up is awesome.

I think the kamael are going to have more STR then a destroyer and higher DEX then a elf and lower CON then a dark elf. So the berserker will prbly be easily killed at a distance but be extremly hard to kill close up, i assume they will give them something that increases p.def or hp, like majesty or battle roar. And the arbalester will prbly be easy to kill up close and hard to kill far away.

Eh it most games I played Bezerkers are slow, but fracking strong and have a shit load of health, like destroyers. Maybe it will be like, they can only use two handed weapons?
