Here we go, a sticky on Orc macros. Please keep this thread clean and neat so this can remain a useful reference for Orc players.

ORC SHAMAN STUN MACRO submitted by Megatron1977

This little guide is mainly for the newer players:

Alot of people think you have to use a blunt if you are a Orc Mystic because you need a blunt to stun. Well, I've found that I don't like to use a blunt to level, but I still want to be able to stun if needed, so I made a macro, that I thought I'd share.

First, put your blunt on your hotbar, for this example it will be on hotbar 1 slot 1. FYI you can use ANY blunt as long as it's equal to or lower than your level (ie. you are lvl 52 you can use a D grade with no penalty). If you have a Chrono Deburka you can use it since it doesn't weigh anything.

Then, put your main weapon on your hotbar, for this example it will be on hotbar 1 slot 2.

Then set you macro:

00: /useshortcut 1 1 - This equips your blunt

01: /useskillforce (drag the skill from your skill list)- This uses your skill without having to press ctrl which is nice in pvp

02: /attack force - Forces you to keep hitting

03: /delay 1 - Not sure why, but if the delay isn't there the last step won't work

04: /useshortcut 1 2 - This switches back to your main weapon

and to use this with a shield...

Place the Doom Shield on your hotbar 1 3. After the line 04 where you /useshortcut 1 2, which re-equips your main weapon, add:

05: /delay 1 (you have to put this in)

06: /useshortcut 1 3 (to re-equip the shield)

This should be very useful for Orc Shamans who don't want to use a blunt or staff for everyday levelling.

SOULSHOT DELAY MACRO submitted by Megatron1977

This is a Soul Shot macro that allows you to use SS on every 4th hit instead of spamming it every hit. This may be useful for some ppl, expecially Tyrants, so I thought I'd post it.

Put your SS on a empty hotbar (say shortcut 1 1 for example)

00: /attackforce - This starts attacking
01: /useshortcut 1 1 - This uses Soul Shot (You can drag this from your
shortcut bar so you don't have to type it)
02: /delay 3 - This is a 3 hit delay
03: /useshortcut 1 1 - Uses Soul Shot again
04: (repeat 02 and 03 all the way to the end of the macro)

If you want you can increase or decrease the delay time to suit your needs, like /delay 1 to use SS every other hit, and so on.

I have a request. Can someone post how to do the CP/GHP macro plz?

You need to stick the pots onto your hotbar, for the prupose of this, ghp is bar 1 slot 1 and cp pot is bar 1 slot 2.

Your macro should be:

/useshortcut 1 1
/useshortcut 1 2

Only problem is, ghps are over time, whereas cp pots arent....so if u spam it, u waste the effect of the ghp pot....It works better with quick heal pots.

I actually read about another way to pull off the stun macro that may be a bit faster with less chance of interruption, although I had to modify it abit for my OL. Instead of using /delay 1 in lines 03 and 05, you can use the Soul Cry toggle. Toggle's automatically stop any action, and they do so faster than the /delay command does. Either way works, but I'm testing to see if this way works better, from the quick test I did just to see if it would work it seems to be faster.

Do we have anymore for Tyrants?

Not directly orc related, but anybody knows how i can build a macro that says

"my target TARGET NAME"

?

I tried some stuff but i dont get it right.

What are you trying to do with it? If you are trying to target someone, like a dagger that makes you lose target with a special, all you need to do is /target "whoever you want to target".

Or are you wanting to do an assist macro?

No, i need the macro for when i am the MA so that everyone can read what char i am trying to hit. I want the macro to display the name of the person i am attacking in party chat.
