Well i just made a return on L2 (whooooT)

I did miss Interlude and now we are on CT.

I asked what changed OL did have and didnt find good info (either people say : OL, whats that a new skill ? or they didnt care)

Did they changed some landing rate of seals ? (we were lvling in WoA and i could silence much easier, root things better,etc.. , do i dream ?)
Do buff land on pets ?

not sure if they upped the landing rate on general seals. they got a new skill called seal of blockade. its 100% land rate (even on raid bosses) that prevents the target from attacking at all. its lvl 79.

Actually the 100% land rate is incorrect. It's actually more like 80%, still very nice, but it's not an automatic "I win" button.

with a short cooldown, it doesn't really matter. still an "i win" button. for now.

annoying is that OL spells now only work for clan members and not for ally members like they used to do.

that would be a problem if the clan system remained the same as before, where a clan had like what, a max of 40 or 50 people? now you can have like 140 people in one clan. and how many clans per alliance? 3 was it i believe? being able to potentially affect up to 420 people at once makes no sense from any point of view.

but seal range remains rather low, so its not like you can just stand there and really reach all these people in one go. but you could move around from one group to the next and deliever your support to all of them in turns. now your out of luck if you dont have an OL of your clan hanging around.

Well the biggest thing is, you have to be close in for the seals to be effective, and it still doesn't stop skills. It's a great skill, but you have to run into the middle of an enemy group, it's pretty much a sacrifice skill.

Hum , ill have to check if the buff are able to expend by doing a chain of people.
If i remember correctly, if people are in certain range of each other, i could buff them over a nice distance then if they make small cluster with distance between them.

btw, i found out OL are more wanted lol ! Maybe due to lack of live healer.
