Hi i am starting a clan and i am trying to put a nice  crest and i cant... i have download from Emblens some crest and i put "set Crest" c:/1.bmp    ( 1 is the name of the file ) and it says file not found... plz someone help me !.!.!.!.!:!.!.!:!.!

Make sure you saved the file directly to your C: drive and not in a folder.

damn it... always says file not found now i have mi picture in a folder named Picture in C and i put
C:/Picture/crest,bmp .... you have to put "???? or / at the end???? plz answer

im haveing same prob plz let me know how to set crest by detail

Ok here is what 2 do

1st making sure your crest is right colours {i.e} 256 and bitmap
2nd cut and paste it to C drive
3rd then log into game
4th click on set crest.C:\{name of clan tag}.bmp
lets say u call clan tag{crest} sr1 so u should do it like this c:\sr1.bmp

Hi to all who have crest issues here is the way to set your clan crests .
First download your crest, Make sure its 16*12,put crest in my pictures,go to my pictures, find crest ,right click mouse on it,it will open a window , choose open with Paint,in paint click on open file , choose save as , at bottom click on 256color.bmp.Then go to top click where my pictures is , window drops down , choose local disk c , program files , go to lineage2 file ,open l2 file , go to system ansd send it in there .After just go to game and go to set crest and just put the file name it will probably just be a number (example 456.bmp) thats all u need to write in set crest box . and your crest will be set. Have fun .

im looking for a way to make a picture into 12*16 without having a black square set as crest .anyone can help me on this issue .

You can make it but you must make sure that its 256 colour 16*12 bmp file :D

The problem is you are using the '/' , and is the '\' , thet's your problem man

is sayng to me you may register only a 16'12 bmp 256 colors

but is 16'12 i dont know if have 256 colors how can i see that?

Hi I'm HeRoWeN leader of CRUCIBLE clan on Sieghard server
first of all you have to download the pledge emblem you want from that site into
your hard disk (c:)(for example) then you have to open the picture and click on
the "save as" link and save it as 256 colours (the file is already 16*12),
now you have to open the lineage2 game and clik on the "set crest" button
if your hard disk is c: then write c:\(the file name).bmp
click ok and HAVE FUN!!!!!

Hi, my name is Alexader and I play Lineage2 Chronicle 4, and I'm the leader of the clan "God's Of War".
(My accounts name in Lineage2: Chronicle 4 is Alexander pm if you need any help).

To be able to set a clan crest your clan level must be minumum of level 3.

Now if your clan level is level 3 or more this is whot to do to set a clan crest.

1. Whot you do is choose your crest from a crest website then right click on the crest picture and choose save as then save it on your pictures folder.

2. Then after you've saved your crest picture in your pictures folder, you then right click the crest wich is on your picture folder and go to open with paint.

3. Then go to save as in the paint window and in the "saves as type" choose the 256 Color Bitmap, then in the "look in" go to hardrive "c" and then go to Lineage 2 folder and then go to system and save it there.

4. But before you save it in the system you'll need to put a name i suggest to put number's for example lets say you name the crest "1" then save into the system.

5. Then you log onto the game and go to clan section and click on the "set crest" botton on the game and type "1.bmp".

6. And that's it... Hope you enjoy your new clan crest and have fun!

For boca3000 ....man when u eneter on site check this : so u download u'r crest ...then copy that file in system , if is not bmb make it bmb with rename : Exemple : 111.bmb then save it,
then go and open 111.bmp with pain and save it with "save as" then modify it 256 colors after save.Now enter in lineage 2 at and just write at "Clan crest " 111.bmp ...simple ...I just eneter on more than 20 sites to know this but .... I don't understand what ppl said and I descover on my own...

Now I have a big problem, I donload some cool crests but I wanna a "SET" with clan crest and alliance insignia....i need a site to download all of this huh.....I need some answers fast please ^_^ if sb know a site :)
